Melton, VP of Market Development
Catherine’s resume consists of 10
years of collection industry experience, in addition
to 3 years of ClientAccessWeb.com administrative
practices. Her ability to fully understand and
appreciate the client-agency relationship enables
her to assist your agency with implementation of
ClientAccessWeb.com to best serve you and your

Rasmussen, VP of Product Development
Tom Rasmussen has 10 years of real-world
computer experience in networking, servers
and software development. Over four of those
years are directly related to the collection
industry. Tom has dual degrees in Network
Administration and Software Development and
has been the lead developer of
ClientAccessWeb since the company was
formed. |

Vradenburg, Technical Support & Training
Kirk has over 5 years of experience in
Network Administration and software
development, including the creation of an
inventory database application. Kirk
holds a Degree in Computer Technology
Systems – Network Administration. Some
of his interests include singles and doubles
tennis. Kirk was once the #1 player
for Washington State University ( A long
time ago in a place far, far away) |
John
Eksted, Technical Support
John has extensive computer hardware
and systems experience, with much of his
training coming while serving in the
military. In addition to technical
support, John handles most of the ancillary
office systems, such as phone, voice mail
and email servers. |

Rookard, President & CEO
Mr. Rookard has over 15 years of collection
industry background.
ClientAccessWeb.com was originally developed
using that experience ranging from
Collector and Sales to Operations and
Management. Albert has been a speaker
and trainer at many conferences. He
has also written articles for Collection
Trade Magazines.
