We have been using ClientAccessWeb for almost a year
and the feed back that we have received from our
clients has been outstanding. It is a fast and
convenient way for our clients to check the status
of their accounts and update their customer
information. It allows the client the ability to
report payments, list new accounts and view new or
updated information on accounts they have listed
with us on a daily bases. This has reduced the
amount of time needed to telephone in information,
check balances and or wait for monthly statements.
ClientAccessWeb allows us to individualize the
web sight based on our customers needs and is
extremely user friendly. Many of our clients have
commented that by having access to the accounts that
they have listed in our office that it has
dramatically reduced the reissuing of services or
credit to customers that have the tendency to be
delinquent in their payments. They are able to
simply log onto the system to check the balance that
a customer may still have in collections or see if
the account was paid. The medical clients that we
have are also able to advise customers if payment in
full is due at the time of rescheduling due to an
unpaid balance before an appointment is set, thus
reducing the time it takes to check in patients.
With the growing amount of our clients using this
system, it has allowed both our clients and
ourselves to be a leader in an automated industry.
ClientAccessWeb has enabled us to cut down the cost
and time of processing paper documents and yet still
allows us to keep records of the transactions which
we simply store in our computer data base. We feel
that by using ClientAccessWeb that it is a win / win
situation for both our clients and for us. It is a
safe, easy and convenient way to keep our clients
updated on their investment with us and saves both
our clients and our employee’s time. I would highly

We
are on DebtNet and have been using ClientAccessWeb
for well over a year. It was the best thing we could
have done for our Clients. We not only upload their
account information but also front images of all
checks listed. On a cost basis we feel it is a
breakeven compared to phone calls and copies
requested. Of our 300 plus Clients, we have about 50
that are on ClientAccessWeb but they are for the
most part our larger more active Clients.
We have 4 clients who are on it daily, another 6
who use it weekly and beyond that usage is limited
but it is there if they need it. It has saved
Clients who wanted more information that we don't
normally provide. It has gotten us Clients who feel
we are leading edge on technology because of what it
provides. It allowed us to pickup a chain of Catalog
type stores because Corporate could control allowing
each store to view their own returns but Corp could
see all.
Tom Rasmussen has been the most responsive techie
that I have worked with over the last 15 years and
is always looking for suggested improvements of the
product and making upgrades to the product.
