Law may limit how long you can be sued on a debt depending upon its type, age. Accounts to which these limits apply are commonly referred to as time-barred due to statute of limitations. These limitations may apply to any one or more of your obligations. You should determine if they apply and the effect of any actions you take with respect to any of your debts. If you do not pay the debt, PCM, when permitted by its client, may report or continue to report the balance to the credit reporting agencies as unpaid for as long as law permits.

This is an attempt to collect a debt by a debt collector and any information obtained will be used for that purpose.
