Refund Policy

Credit and Debit Card Processing Discrepancies:

Any posted credit or debit card payments which are determined to be unauthorized by the cardholder will be reversed, voided, cancelled or refunded within 72 hours of the determination of the discrepancy.

 

Over Payments:

Any amount which is overpaid will be refunded the amount of the overpayment between the 10th and the 20th day of the month following the month in which the account was overpaid.
